Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in the role of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Sales Engineer. This entry-level position is pivotal in driving our MRO sales targets, contingent upon the specific grid assignment. The MRO Sales Engineer will oversee a designated grid comprising 80 to 100 customers.

Responsibilities:
As an MRO Sales Engineer, you will adopt a proactive approach to cultivate business growth. This entails comprehensive coverage of all customers within your designated grid, ensuring regular inspections and health assessments of steam systems and instrumentation products throughout the year. This role requires diligent examination of installed assets, segment-wise uptime analysis, identification of operational issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and proposing tailored solutions to enhance uptime while
transitioning non-operational assets into functional status.

Key Duties:
  • Conduct regular and proactive onsite inspections.
  • Generate comprehensive health mapping reports, aligning with each inspection.
  • Develop and submit detailed offers based on assessment findings.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to secure orders from clients.
  • Average production of 8-10 health mapping reports and offers weekly.
  • Organize training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate customer practices in operation and maintenance, thereby improving uptime.
  • Strive to achieve and sustain a grid-wide FM asset uptime of 95%.

This role operates within our Steam System division, focusing on providing solutions for steam system components and instrumentation.
