SHx Series Special Sample Cooler

The Forbes Marshall SHx sample coolers are single helical coil-in-shell-type heat exchangers that are used to cool the sample from a process stream to the required temperature conditions for safe and Reliable analysis. These coolers are often designed with various cooling coil material Stainless steel (UNS S31600/ S31603), Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) and many more.

The cooled sample then is taken to a laboratory for analysis or piped to in-line process instrumentation for continuous monitoring of properties such as conductivity, pH or other chemical properties.

The low pressure drop, self-draining design eliminates the need for sample retention and facilitates routine on-site maintenance. These coolers also provided with special painting and Coating as per project requirements.
