Lt.Gen Hooda (Retd.) speaks at Forbes Marshall

Learning is a continuous process in developing great leadership. ‘ilead’ is an initiative by Forbes Marshall to develop and nurture leadership at all levels and across regions. Under this initiative, Forbes Marshall recently launched ‘The Speaker Series’ programme, under which renowned leaders from various institutions and verticals are invited to share their experiences and expertise with our members.

The series was launched on 20th November with a talk by Lt.Gen Hooda (Retd.), the former General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian army’s Northern Command. Lt Gen Hooda is popularly known for the planning and execution of surgical strikes and has won many accolades. His inspiring talk on accountability and living by values as a band of brothers aimed to draw parallels between the army and corporate life. His talk was well appreciated by members of Forbes Marshall.
