FM Wins the 5th CII National HR Excellence Award

FM had participated in the 5th CII National HR Excellence Award for 2014 and we have won the title of “Strong Commitment towards HR Excellence”. This award function was held on 5th December at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi. This is one of the known toughest assessments held for HR Strategy and Processes in India. A team of three certified external Assessors conducted a Site Visit in our Premises for 3 days during August 2014 where rigorous interviews were held with different stakeholders and members of the Organization.

The various enablers on which we were assessed were as follows:

Leadership
HR Strategy
HR Processes and Systems
People Knowledge and Competencies
Human Resource Management Processes/Practices
People Well Being and Engagement
Results – People Perceptions and Organizational Performance Indicators

The Assessment is carried out to assess the approach with which we carry out these processes, the extent of deployment of these processes within the organization and the Assessments and Refinements that are done to these processes to further result into favourable outcomes.
