Through collaborative partnerships with our customers and leveraging our 75 years of experience, we derive our innovations from the ever-changing demands of our customers, blending them with insights accumulated over decades of experience.
How we do it
Our team is dedicated to research and development and its remarkable potential in designing products positioned for tomorrow. A driving factor for this is entrepreneurship, enabling us to deliver continuous value to our customers, and spanning diverse disciplines ranging from mechanical to electrical specialisations. Twice a month, our team sets aside time to nurture their creativity, irrespective of current commitments. These sessions are accessible to everyone, encompassing dynamic roles, teams, and perspectives. This initiative adds considerable value to our team.
At Forbes Marshall, R&D works extensively with leading research and academic organisations in the US, Europe and India to enrich new product development. The annual R&D Dare to Try event, where engineers are tasked with solving a technical challenge within a specified timeframe, is a highly acclaimed occasion. Moreover, products such as the Two Orifice Float Trap, Mini Max Boiler, SteaMon and Master Air Control have won coveted design awards.

Building on this diversity, our ‘Second Innings’ programme provides opportunities for individuals returning to corporate life after a hiatus of over two years.
