How can industries scale operations sustainably through digital solutions, going #BeyondConnectivity?

A textile plant in North-West India

Our collaboration with Forbes Marshall has been a longstanding one through innovative products and solutions. Starting June 2023 we began FM Digital Services for enhancing and sustaining Plant level KPIs: CRF, Steam:Fuel Ratio of boiler, SSC reduction, SWC reduction. Within the first quarter, our joint efforts helped establish benchmarks, real-time monitoring for immediate corrective actions, equipment maintenance, steam consumption optimisation, and identifying issues in the plant.

A textile plant in North-West India

Starting from 1st July 2023, we have entered into a partnership contract aimed at enhancing and sustaining plant-level Utility KPls through FM Digital Sustenance Service. The key areas of focus for monitoring, analysis, improvement, and sustainability are as follows: Condensate Recovery Factor, Steam to Fuel Ratio of Boiler, Specific Steam Consumption Reduction, Specific Water Consumption Reduction. During the first quarter, our joint efforts resulted in established benchmarks, operational optimisation, equipment maintanence and steam consumption optimisation. In the next quarter, our plans include, equipment upgrades, dashboard enhancements, performance evaluations, efficiency trials, sustainability, and training sessions.
