After years of collaborating with diverse industries, we’ve come to understand that one of the utmost priorities in plant management is guaranteeing the continuous uptime of assets. This stems from the fact that only when an asset is operational does it have the ability to deliver its intended purpose. We have also invested in gaining first-hand insight from our customers’ experiences. Based on surveys from thousands of plants, we discovered that the average uptime of steam systems is less than 60%. Taking this into consideration, under our care services, we work with every Forbes Marshall customer to improve their steam system uptime to >95%. With this as our goal, our specialised field team carries out periodic health checks and helps you set up SOPs for maintenance.
Dedicated service engineers, attached to our supply team, handle issues of product repair. Every product that comes in for repair, whether within or out of warranty, goes through the complete cycle of testing as at the time of manufacturing a new unit.
A separate team provides support to customers for installations specific to pollution control as per government set norms.
