Improving Producitivty by Optimising Temperature Control System

Customer: A leading Beverage manufacturer in Thailand

The plant faced issues of temperature hysteresis in the process which was significantly reducing productivity and increasing energy consumption. After a thorough evaluation of the process equipment, the cause of the issue was linked to a faulty temperature control valve. We recommended and installed a state-of-the-art temperature control system. This solution enhanced temperature consistency and optimised steam consumption, leading to approximately 3% annual fuel savings and improved overall production efficiency.
