Customer: A prominent food processing plant in Thailand

Our discussions indicated that despite having a recovery system in place, the plant was not recovering any condensate or flash steam. The boiler feed water temperature was just 30°C. Forbes Marshall engineers conducted a comprehensive survey to assess the system’s deficiencies. After implementing our solution, the plant saw a notable increase in Feed Water Temperature (FWT) and condensate return. This resulted in an 8% reduction in fuel consumption and a steam saving of 16 Tons/Day, significantly enhancing overall energy efficiency.
