Customer Support Engineer
Role and Responsibilities:
• Commissioning of boilers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of boiler erection and installation processes.
• Installation of electrical panels related to boilers.
• Loop testing and automation expertise.
• Commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning burners for both
dual-fuel and single-fuel boilers.
• Understanding of single control and three-level control philosophies.
• Familiarity with boiler house instrumentation and automation.
• Knowledge of boiler mini DCS systems.
• Proficiency in PLC-based boiler commissioning.
• Expertise in steam accessories related to steam distribution circuits.
Role Specifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Thermal, or Instrumentation).
• Prior experience as a Customer Support Engineer, Field Service
Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
