    Terms & Conditions for the Programmes:

    Residential Options:

    • Single Occupancy: Accommodation will be provided on single occupancy basis for 2N. This is applicable for the Engineer & Manager's Programme only. 
    • Twin Sharing: Accommodation will be provided on twin sharing basis for 2N. This is applicable for both the Engineer & Manager's Programme as well as the Operator's Programme. 
    • All internal transportation (e.g. Hotel to University and return) as well as breakfast, tea, lunch, high tea and dinner are included in the cost- breakfast & dinner to be availed at the hotel. 
    • The Programmes offer a Joint Certification from COEP Technological University (Formerly, College of Engineering, Pune) and Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. 
    • The registration for the Programmes is subject realization of payment in the accounts of COEP Technologcal University. Once acknowledged from COEP Tech, the confirmation of your registration will be sent out to your email ID registered with us. 
    • The details of payment account can be found in the online registration form. 
    • The course fees are inclusive of GST and GST invoices will be provided to the participants on demand. 
    • The Programme fees are non-refundable; however, in extreme situations, a participant can opt to attend the same program to be organized at a later date. 
    •  Expenses associated with transport to-and-from the airport / train station, personal visits etc. are outside the scope of the Programmes. 
    • The terms & conditions for the Programmes will be binding to all participants. The organizers reserve the right to modify any and all aspects of the Programmes depending on the need of the hour. 
    • The organizers reserve the right to admit / deny admission to participants. 
    • The participant shall be bound by confidentiality applications for any proprietary information they may gain access to, during these Programmes.
