Delegation from Uganda

A high level, ten member delegation comprising of civil servants were sent by the Ugandan Prime Minister’s office to attend a couple of international training programs at Initiatives of Change, Panchgani. As a part of their training, the delegation visited Forbes Marshall on Friday, 15 November 2013. The delegation was hosted by Mr Darius and Mrs Maharookh Forbes.

The delegation comprised of Mbabazi Butonya Kakonge-Kambarage Commissioner National Guidance, Aggrey David Kibenge Under Secretary Finance and Administration, Monica Kalemba Under Secretary Information and National Guidance, James Kintu Under Secretary Senior Private Secretary to Prime Minister, Rose Bwenvu Nakabugo Commissioner Disaster Management, Jane Mwesiga Kyarisiima Commissioner Human Resource Development, Frederick Anyine Programme Manager Leadership and Management Development Civil Service College, Joel Wanjala Principal Assistant Secretary Northern Uganda Recovery, Grace Nalumu Principal Human Resource Officer, Mary Kansiime Buhamizo Principal Information Officer. Course director Dr Amit Mukherjee and IOF trustee Saurabh Gupte accompanied the delegation.
