MRO Engineer – Sales
Purpose of the Role: The role of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Sales Engineer is to drive business growth by enhancing the operational performance of steam systems and instrumentation products across a designated customer grid. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, asset performance analysis, and solution-driven approaches to maximize uptime and ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and proactive onsite inspections.
- Generate comprehensive health mapping reports, aligning with each inspection.
- Develop and submit detailed offers based on assessment findings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to secure orders from clients.
- Average production of 8-10 health mapping reports and offers weekly.
- Organise training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate customer practices in operation and maintenance, thereby improving uptime.
- Strive to achieve and sustain a grid-wide FM asset uptime of 95%.
- Product Focus
- This role operates within our Steam System division, focusing on providing solutions for steam system components and instrumentation.
Skills Required:
- Observation skill (with Objective).
- Competence to derive the solution & conviction to drive initiatives
- Selling and Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge about boilers and steam accessories
Qualification and Requirements: B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years in relevant industry and customer relationship building and maintaining (Rapport Building).
