MRO Engineer
Summary:
MRO Engineer is responsible for proactive inspection of all the assets installed, Plotting the section wise uptime and what is working and not working. Doing the RCA and offering the right solution to customers for improving the uptime and bringing all non-working assets to the working category.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Regular and proactive inspection visits, making on site and detailed health mapping reports and submitting it along with the offers, following up on the offers and getting the orders.
b. On average 8-10 health mapping reports and offers are to be generated on a weekly basis.
c. Conducting Training and knowledge sharing sessions for the customers to improve the uptime and for the right O & M practices.
d. Delivering uptime
e. Owning and improving the grid uptime, the target is to achieve 95% uptime of FM assets in the grid.
f. Grid – The MRO engineer owns a grid of 80 -100 customers.
Goals:
Business is generated through proactive coverage of all grid customers for regular inspection & health mapping of all the steam system and instrumentation products several times in a year.
