Service Engineer – Boilers
Experience: 2-5 Years
Education: B. Tech in Instrumentation and Control
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience with oil and gas-fired boilers, solid fuel Boilers, Control Valves , Flow Meters , PRS , PRDSH , Control Valve , and exposure to process industries.
This is a customer-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of oil, gas-fired, and solid fuel boilers.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in real-time at customer sites.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and technical expertise.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes and outcomes.
• Training customers on boiler operations and maintenance, as required.
Requirements:
• B. Tech/B. E. in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of process industries is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
