Three day film festival hosted by Forbes Marshall on Children’s Day

To commemorate #Childrens Day Forbes Marshall, under its CSR initiatives, together with The School Board, Science Park – Pimpri and Chinchwad, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and DELL IKFF hosted a three-day children’s film festival for children, from 14th to 16th November 2019.
This was the second edition of the festival, specially designed with internationally acclaimed award-winning short films for children in the age group of 6 to 12 years. The movie screenings were held simultaneously at three different venues – Mahatma Phule Jagruti Mandal’s Pre-primary Primary and Secondary School, Bhosari; Shree Dada Maharaj Natekar Panchakoshadharit Vidyalaya, Chikhali; Pimpri Chinchwad Science Park. Most of the films screened were non-verbal; films in foreign languages had English subtitles. A total of 22 screening were held during the festival which was attended by almost 6000 children. Seven trained facilitators moderated discussions with the children.
