We have been using Forbes Marshall Flash Jet Pump and Compact Mainline Trap Module. Condensate is pumped at a temperature of 92° C. Feedwater system is installed with Forbes Marshall deareator head which helps in proper mixing of flash condensate and makeup water resulting in zero ventings in the tank which results in feedwater temperature increase from 60 to 85° C. Condensate recovery factor (CRF) is (65-70)% . We have achieved an average fuel savings of Rs 6.4 Lakhs by flash and condensate recovery
